Växellådsras
Hej,
senast vi hörde av oss var allt bra, men strax efter det så rasade växellådan. Vi blev bogserade till en mack där vi rev ner lådan och konstaterade vad som var fel. Vi hade rensat dreven så bara 4an fungerade. Vi fick tag i en som sade sig ha en låda i norra Italien, så det var bara att köra hela natten med bara 4an. Vi kom till byn men visste inte vart vi skulle så vi slog läger.
På morgonen när vi klev upp så kom han vi sökte åkande och talade om att vi hade campat bakom garaget vi skulle till, så vi körde fram, rev ner lådan och försökte hitta den han sade sig ha, men det var fel typ. Dock så hittade vi en med trasig fördelning, så med våran och deras fick vi byggt ihop en hel. Så nu, strax under 48 timmar sedan den rasade är vi tillbaks.
Nu ska vi bara lyssna på East Bound and Down med Jerry Reid tills vi kommit ikapp rallyt!

last time you heard from us everything was good, but just after that our gearbox broke. We got towed to a gas station where we tore down the box and found what was wrong. We had ruined the sprockets so the only gear still working was the 4:th. We got a hold of a person who claimed to have a gearbox in northern Italy, so there was nothing else to do but to drive all night in the 4:th gear. We arrived att the village but did'nt know where we were going so we camped.
In the morning when we got up, the man we were looking for came driving and told us that we had camped just behind the garage we were going to, so we drove around, tore down the box and tried to find the one he said he had, but it turned out to be of the wrong type. We did however find another, broken one, which together with ours turned into a working gearbox. So now, just less than 48 hours since the gearbox broke, we're back on track.
Now we're only going to listen to East Bound and Down with Jerry Reid until we've caught up with the rally!
